Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the CanCastor website (the "Service") operated by Vrinda Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Products and Services

CanCastor provides bulk castor oil and related derivatives for B2B commercial use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Prices listed on the website or provided via quotes are subject to market fluctuations. A formal quote is valid only for the duration specified on the document (typically 7-14 days). Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. However, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier (FOB Origin), unless otherwise specified in a formal sales agreement.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of bulk chemical and oil products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is proven to be non-conforming to the provided Certificate of Analysis (COA). Any claims for non-conforming goods must be made within 5 business days of receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vrinda Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or products.

7. Product Use and Safety

The buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for its intended use. Vrinda Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, other than the product specifications provided in the COA.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
